◆Satsuma-age (deep-fried fish cake) made with minced sea bream, edamame, and corn

◆Teriyaki black cod with boiled Kyoto-style wheat gluten and pickled young ginger

◆Shabu-shabu with Japanese Black Wagyu beef and premium beef tongue, served in a bonito broth and sukiyaki style

◆Hida beef meat sushi, pickled cabbage

◆Seasonal fruit sherbet

・7 to 4 days prior to your visit: 30% of the course price

- Cancellation policy: 3 to 2 days prior to your visit, up to 6 PM: 50% of the course price.

- Cancellation after 6 PM two days prior to your visit: 100% of the course fee
